To dismantle factors of dichotomy among Badagry people and promote formidable unity among and within various groups.
To develop, influence and promote opportunities for youth empowerment.
To identify all resources, projects, wealth and properties of the council; harness them to the greater advantage of all.
To make special provision for the aged, widow and widower.
Tourism capability of Badagry shall be boosted through robust public relations and attraction of industries and NGOs.
To support and assist teeming civil service communities/unions in Badagry without excluding the artisans.
To provide and promote economic opportunities for our women.
To upgrade and develop our obsolete / abandoned facilities to meet up with modern trend and thus promote tourism image.
To recognize our traditional and religious institutions.
To contribute and create opportunities that will strengthen and further popularize our great political party.
Provision of logistics and necessary intelligence for the security of lives and properties.
Encourage and assist youths in Agricultural development.
