Hon. Hunpe charged party leaders to intensify grassroots engagement and sustain momentum in the registration process. He emphasized that a credible, transparent, and up-to-date membership database is essential for strengthening internal democracy, enhancing coordination, and ensuring inclusive representation within the party structure.

In furtherance of environmental sustainability and improved public hygiene, Hon. Hunpe received a delegation from the Lagos State Ministry of the Environment on an official inspection visit to the Marina Waterfront and Agbalata Market.

The inspection was conducted to assess both locations for the proposed installation of biodigester public toilets, an environmentally friendly sanitation solution designed to improve waste management, promote hygiene, and enhance public convenience.

The Chairman welcomed the initiative, noting that improved sanitation infrastructure is vital to public health, environmental protection, and the overall beautification of Badagry. He reiterated his administrationโ€™s readiness to collaborate with relevant state agencies to ensure the successful implementation of projects that directly benefit residents and visitors alike.

The dayโ€™s engagements reflect a deliberate and integrated governance approach – strengthening education, reinforcing political organisation, upholding traditional values, and advancing environmental sustainability.

Under the leadership of Hon. Babatunde Hunpe, Badagry Local Government continues to pursue a balanced development agenda aimed at building a cleaner, more organised, and progressively thriving community for present and future generations.
